Hi, I'm Flo.
Ask me what all I am capable of.
Key abilities · 1 / 6
Morning briefs
A text before you start, a text when you stop.
Every morning, at the hour you set, I text you who is ready, who went quiet and what is on the calendar. Every evening I send what got done: calls, texts, appointments, and what needs you tomorrow. You pick the hour, or turn either one off, in settings.
Lead outreach
Call, text, email, voicemail: in the order they answer.
A new lead gets a friendly text from your name within minutes, then a call in a voice that sounds like a person, a voicemail if nobody picks up, and email from your own inbox. Every touch is written for that lead, at the hour they usually answer, and I keep going for as long as it takes, lightly.
Calendar management
It books the time, texts the details, and reminds you both.
I read your free time from Google or Outlook before I offer a slot, book the appointment straight onto your calendar (in person, Zoom or Meet), text the lead the details, write it to your CRM, and send reminders to both of you. Say “book Sarah Saturday 2 pm” and it is done.
Update CRM
Every call, text and note lands in your CRM, with the why.
Every call, text, note, stage change and appointment is written back to your CRM: Forward Flow CRM, Velocify or Nimble. After each conversation I add what the lead said and how serious they are. And you can text me to create a lead, a task, a note or an appointment yourself.
Live transfer
Your team’s phones ring. First to answer wins.
When a lead says yes to talking, your team’s phones ring at once and whoever answers gets them. You hear a 20-second brief first, press 1 to listen in or 0 to join, and I step out. If a lead calls back, I answer with their context and ring up to ten of your numbers to find you.
Compliance
Quiet hours, do-not-call and stop, checked before every touch.
Nothing goes out outside your business hours or too soon after the last call. One “stop” on any channel takes the lead out of every campaign and tags them in your CRM. Campaign numbers can be screened against litigator and do-not-call lists, with a last check right before dialing.
Flo answers from what it can actually do, for real-estate teams. Nothing you type is sent to anyone but Flo.
Everything Flo does. All of it, on its own.
